  • Are you a 5-STAR hotel resort?
    We hope we can soon be one! For now we are a mini retreat with 12 rooms located in a rubber estate. Due to the on going pandemic, we have to change the model of our business with contactless check-in and services but we are still providing basic amenities and facilities for guest to enjoy. We hope guest can enjoy our surroundings and we hope to expand in future and give our guest the best retreat experience.
  • Where are you located? How far from Melaka Town (Jonker Street)?
    We are located in Lendu, Alor Gajah, Melaka. It is about 30-40minutes drive to Melaka Town depending on the traffic situation. Please Waze or Google "The Rubber Escape, Melaka" to get the exact location.
  • How can I make a reservation?
    1. Visit (or go to 2. Click on "Book Now" on the top right corner 3. Select Check-in and Check-out dates 4. Select the available room(s) 5. Fill in your details and proceed to make payment to secure your booking
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is from 3:00PM to 9:00PM Check-out is before 12:00PM Please contact us if you require check-in or check-out outside of this time frame (addtional charges may apply).
  • Is Wi-Fi available? How is the phone signal strength?
    Yes! Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The phone signal strength is strong!
  • Are your activities or facilities chargeble?
    All activities and facilities are for staying guests to use at no additional charges except for BBQ pit rental. Strictly no visitors allowed.
  • Can I use the swimming pool without staying?
    No, you must make a room booking in order to enjoy the facilities and activities offered at The Rubber Escape, Melaka.
  • Can I book the place for my own without other guests?
    Yes! You will have to book the entire place. Note: Please check the availability of the entire place before making a reservation.

  • How many rooms do you have at your retreat?
    We have total of 12 rooms: - Deluxe Double Room (2pax) x4 units - Family Room Courtyard View (4pax) x4 units - Family Room Rubber Trees View (4pax) x4 units Separate buildings 2 rooms: - Private Couple Suite (2pax) x1unit - Private Family Suite (4pax) x1unit
  • Can I add extra mattress and breakfast for extra guest?
    Yes! It will be additional of RM120/pax/night. We recommend to add maximum one (1) extra mattress for each room. You may send us a request with your booking reference number and we will get it ready when you check-in. Request is subject to availability.
  • Do you have baby cot for my infant?
    Yes! We do provide baby cot for infants below two (2) years old for RM10/night. You may send us a request with your booking reference number and we will get it ready when you check-in. Request is subject to availability.
  • Is there TV in the room?
    Yes, we do have TV with Youtube and Netflix channel in the room.
  • Is there kettle in the room?
    Yes, we do have kettle in the room
  • Do you have fridge in your rooms?
    No, we do not have mini bar or fridge in the room. Guest may ask for assistance to store at our guest fridge in the lobby/lounge area.
  • Will there be daily cleaning for more than one night stay?
    Upon request when the guest is present
  • Do bookings include breakfast?
    Yes! Breakfast is complimentary! (The breakfast is served Ala Carte, English Breakfast with a drink!) Deluxe Double Room bookings include complimentary breakfast for two (2). Family Room bookings include complimentary breakfast for four (4). Note: complimentary breakfast is not exchangeble, deductable or refundable.
  • Do you have BBQ pit?
    Yes! We do rent BBQ pit for RM50/set. Inclusive of a bag of charcoal, utensils, plates & cutleries. Request is subject to availability.
  • Do you have a restaurant or a place to eat?
    Yes! We do have a in-house simple cafe. Please visit our website: The Menu is under Dining section.
  • Do you have a bar? Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
    No. We do not serve alcohol but guest are welcomed to B.Y.O.
  • Question regarding halal food
    We do not serve pork and all our food source are from Tesco, Family Store, 99 Speedmart prepared by our Muslim staff.
